I started my journey to become a massage therapist in June of 2011 and graduated in March of 2012. From there i worked at couple high end spas, but after working in the spa industry for 6 years i felt like wasn't living up to my full potential and helping people that i felt like i could in this fast pace world that we live in today. In 2016 I decided to branch off and work with my step-mom at our family business. Together we are able to help people with chronic pain and high stress.
Some of the areas that i specialize in are Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Body Treatments, such as foot scrubs. Living in a fast-pace society that we do today, people don't give themselves the opportunity to relax until their body start to hurt. I feel the main reason why I love doing Swedish Massage because once the mind and body are able to get in that relax state it makes the muscles more pliable to work with, which will help with relieving pain and help with managing stress.
